07/07/2023 ENGR Grading Final Not Ready Complete all work as shown on the approved plans for this site, this will include but not limited too all common areas, all landscaping, all water harvesting basins will need to be completed fully landscaped fully as shown on the tenant in flat, and anything else that is required to support the site. For all areas that have been disturbed that have not been asked constructed upon it will be required that either hydroseeding of the disturb soils or placement of decompose granite will be required prior to the completion of this site. This is not to be considered a fall or final punch list for this project at this time because too many numerous items have been left incomplete. A full future inspection on this site will be required. Once all work has been completed as shown on the approved plans prior to a full release of this site and it’s assurances.
07/10/2023 ENGR Grading Final Not Ready Site is not ready at this time per approved site plans.
09/14/2023 ENGR Grading Final Passed This permit has been inspected to see what work has been completed as shown on the approved plans DP20-0189. The two entrances coming in off of AJO Way have been completed but not fully per the Approved Plans. The Eastern Entrance is missing the Planter Island that is shown on page 4 of 23 and noted in Note #8 on that same page. The main P.A.A.L. for this site has been constructed. Also the work for Lots #3 and #6 has been completed per their Approved Development Packages DP20-0204 and DP21-0029 within their property boundaries. At this time the following items have been noted damaged and will need to be repaired as soon as possible since they present Health and Safety issues for the Pedestrian Traffic that may be within the boundaries of this Project:
1) The Sidewalk has been damaged in various locations along the west side of the Western P.A.A.L. from Ajo Way back too Rudy’s. This will need to repaired as determined by the Engineering Review Staff during the Review process for the Phase 2 portion of this work.
2) The handrail has been damaged and removed on the west side of the western entrance. Replace the previously damaged sections with new handrail and ensure that they it meets all current Codes for handrail details and requirements.

All other Grading and Landscape work still remains mostly outstanding and will be required to be Completed and Approved as noted in the Revised Drawings for Phase 2 of this site.
