I HAVE ASKED THAT THAT THEY REMOVE ALL OF THE GRATES OFF OF THE DROP INLET STRUCTURE AND THE MANHOLE COVERS TO VERIFY WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND WHERE IS IT COMING FROM. I WILL BE ASKING THE CONTRACTOR TO FILM THE FULL RUN OF THE PIPE TO DETERMINE WHAT DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE AND HOW MUCH CLEANING OF THE SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED.
