08/05/2019 | PDSD Site/Engineering Division - Landscaping | DROBERTS | Partial Approval | Entered by DMERANZ1 - THE CONTRACTOR IS WORKING ON THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE PROJECT ROUGH GRADING THE AREA. I WILL DISCUSS THE ONGOING WORK WITH JOHN VAN WINKLE TO ENSURE HOW MUCH OF THE AREA NEEDS TO HAVE HYDRO SEED OR DG PLACED ON IT FOR A FULL CLOSURE OF THIS PERMIT |
03/05/2019 | PDSD Site/Engineering Division - Landscaping | DROBERTS | Partial Approval | Entered by DROBERT5 - MINOR AREAS OF THE LANDSCAPING HAS BEEN APPROVED NEAR THE ENTRANCES INTO THE STRUCTURE NEAR THE SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST ENTRANCES. THESE AREAS WILL BE RECHECKED IN THE FUTURE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE COMPLIANT. DAMAGE TO THE NEW STORMDRAIN LINE SOUTH OF THE MAIN BUILDING HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING THE INSTALLATI0N, SOME OF MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. THE CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT THEY WILL NEED TO PLUG THE OULET INTO THE SANTA CRUZ RIVER, THEN WASH AND VACUM OUT ALL OF THE MUD AND DEBRIS FROM THE PIPES. THEN THEY WILL NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE OF THEIR CHOICE FILM THE FULL RUN OF THE STORM DRAIN LINE LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE SOUTHERN SERVICE ROAD DIRECTLY SOUTH OF THE MAIN BUILDING FROM THE WEST CATCHBASIN TO THE LAST MANHOLE WITHIN THE PRIVATE PROPERTY. THIS IS BEING DONE TO ENSURE THAT THE LINE IS CLEANED FULLY AND THAT NONE OF THE MUD IS TO BE TRANSFERRED INTO THE SANTA CRUZ RIVER. |
