Copy of the permit and plans shall be kept in a readily accessible location on site at all times. 2)Call for PDSD Engineering Inspections at minimum for Pre-con, during intermediate inspection to check for location of irrigation line installation improvements, and prior to final inspection to check for removal of SWPPP controls and after permanent controls are completed for all disturbed areas. 3)All work shall conform to the attached plans which are made part of this permit. The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be done to the site, and that all additions, improvements or repairs are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. No other improvements, repairs, or reconstruction have been made to the structure that is not indicated in the attached plans and/or documents. This permit is specific to the improvements for the building specified as indicated on the approved plans. It shall not apply to any other structure or property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed nor changed.4)If extension is not requested prior to expiration date, renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the Planning & Development Services Department, Engineering Division. This permit may be renewed for up to one year, at the sole discretion of the City Engineer or designated representatives.5)Stormwater controls shall be maintained throughout project. All interim erosion controls are to be removed from the site after improvements are completed and all permanent erosion/sediment/dust controls are established on all disturbed areas.6)Prior to final PDSD Engineering inspection, all permanent controls shall be installed and accepted by PDSD Engineering. 7)As-builts are required. |
