I believe part, if not all, of this issue is caused from a sewer line leakage in the park. There is also a large, sitting, puddle of liquid that has attracted many bugs near where a large pipe is protruding out of the ground. A few tenants have claimed to have put in previous complaints to the manager, as well as the city, with no response or remedy. Please fix this disgusting and unsanitary issue.
