07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site and the manager of the property is living on site. Did an inspection and found the front window for the living room broken and boarded up, no smoke detectors, globes missing, the roof is leaking in several areas, bedroom in the middle filled with storage and closet doors missing. The owners rep. will be installing smoke detectors, removed the front window and took it to have the glass replaced, and checking on getting the roof repaired. At this time the tenants will be able to remain in the mobile home for now. Will be checking the progress soon. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
