1) IF THE MAIN CONTROL VALVE IS NOT IN A SECURE AREA IT SHALL BE SECURED WITH A LOCK AND CHAIN

2) THE FULL SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE MONITERED FOR WATER FLOW. A SECTION OF THE BUILDING IS SUPPLIED FROM A MECHANICAL T AT THE FIRE DEPT. CONNECTION. A WATER FLOW DEVICE FOR THIS AREA IS NOT CONNECTED

3) THE CEILING AT THE SECOND FLOOR SHALL HAVE BE REPLACED, TO FACILITATE HEAT COLLECTION IN THE EVENT OF A SITUATION

4) ALL CENTRAL, MODEL G. B. SPRINKLER HEADS ON THE 3RD. FLOOR, THAT ARE ON RECALL SHALL BE REPLACED
