Hoods, grease-removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be cleaned at intervals necessary to prevent the accumulation of grease. Cleanings shall be recorded, and records shall state the extent, time and date of cleaning. Except as specifically permitted by this section egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. _____1.Remove the loss prevention chain and locking hardware from the exit doors. _____2.Remove the padlock and locking hardware from the north egress door located in the garden center. _____3.Remove the padlock, locking bar and deouble-keyed lock from the Northeast egress door located in receiving. NOTE:Replace the double-keyed lock with a thumb-turn lock.
