Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. _____ Extinguishers shall be inspected and tagged in accordance with this code. TFC 903.5 - Sprinkler systems shall be tested and maintained in accordance with Section 901. TFC 901.6.2 - Records of all system inspections, tests, and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises for a minimum of 3 years and made available to the fire code official upon request. _____ Sprinkler system, riser and valves shall be tested and tagged, stock room. TFC 906.6 - Fire extinguishers shall not be obstructed or obscured from view. TFC 905.9 - Valve supervision. Valves controlling water supplies shall be supervised in the open position so that a change in the normal position of the valve will generate a supervisory signal at the supervising station required by Section 903.4.
