New pre-engineered metal building 54’x37.5’ (2,025 square feet) to house electrical equipment, blowers, & chemical dosing equipment. 3. Two new bolted-steel, open-top, above grade tanks for wastewater equalization (47.5’ diameter and 32.5’ tall) and biological treatment (55.5’ diameter and 24.75’ tall), and two new closed-top FRP sludge storage tanks approximately 13’ diameter and 28’ tall. 4. A new cooling tower (18’ tall) installed on a 12’x12’ concrete slab. Split the Commercial New Building application into (2) separate permits: 1. THIS PERMIT: “Permit #1” two bolted steel wastewater treatment tanks, cooling tower, and sludge storage tanks, and underground piping. Structural foundation and slab design. Special Inspections Certificate form will be submitted prior to Start of Inspections as a deferred submittal. 2. SEE SEPARATE PERMIT: “Permit #2” Slab and erection of the pre-engineered metal building, equipment canopy, and associated building systems designs. Permit #2 broken into “Phase 1” foundation and slab design to expedite review of the concrete work. Permit #2 Phase 2 above-grade building/canopy structure, equipment anchorage, and electrical, heating/cooling, and plumbing disciplines. |
