2). Label the piping of each of the drainage system periodically to indicate storm or sanitary on plan pages P2.00AF, P2.00BF, P2.01AF, P2.01BF. -IPC 106.3.1
3). Indicate the DFU load for the two 4" & one 8" base of stack connections on plan page P2.00BF -IPC 710.1
4). the two 4" horizontal sanitary connections that service floor sinks & floor drains on plan page P2.00BF Need backwater valves. -IPC 714.1
5). Why is only one of the sub-level horizontal storm drain connections on plan page P2.00BF protected by a backwater valve? there are several other Sub-level connections that service open area drains on this level that could overflow flood from a back up from above. -IPC 1101.9
6). First floor plumbing plans need to include sanitary piping to a required service sink & high/low drinking fountain. -IPC 403.1
