Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. The proposed central shade structure was not illustrated on the approved Development Package. A revision to DP18-0184 is required. Note, the two smaller shade structures near the dog park were illustrated on the approved DP and are approvable as indicated. 2.
