COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the foundation plans but cannot approve the plans at this time. While the foundation plans are consistent with the building footprint approved in development package zoning cannot approve the plans until the plans are approved by the 3rd Party Structural plans reviewers. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and do a comparison to the DP again to assure that the foundation plans are consistent with the approved DP and approve the plans once the 3rd Party plans reviewers also have approved the foundation plans.
