COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. Due to the building's location within the Main Gate Overlay area, the proposed Pool Application must first be reviewed and approved by the Design Professional prior to approval by zoning. 2. COMMENT: In addition, the building plans must be approved by the PDSD commercial plans reviewers before zoning can approve the plans. 3. COMMENT: Once the plans have been approved by all Commercial Plans reviewers and no site changes are made that affect zoning requirements, zoning will stamp and sign the building plans as it pertains to the zoning review purview. 4. COMMENT: If the Design Professional approves the plans with conditions, the plan must be revised to incorporate those conditions.
