TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 9, 2017

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Until development package DP15-0196 is fully approved the building plans cannot be approved.

3. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the approved development package sheets or each sheet marked for reference only or removed from the plan set.

4. It appears that there are shade canopies that encroach into the right of way along Church Avenue. Some type of easement or agreement is required for this encroachment. Contact COT Real Estate to secure the easement or agreement. The easement or agreement will need to be secured prior to approval of the building plans.

5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
