The calculations for the FF1 footing on sheet #61 calls for 6-#6 bars each way, but the plan schedule for the F4 footing only calls for 5-#6 bars. Sheets A6.2 and E2.8 2) Please provide an exiting plan for the office area and coordinate the associated exit and egress illumination with emergency power in accordance with the requirements of IBC Chapter 10. The exit signage shown on sheet E2.8 directs occupants back into the warehouse area and doesn't provide sufficient exit signage in the supervisor's area to two separate exits. In order to verify the required egress widths, the proper means of egress and the appropriate exit signage, an exit plan is necessary. It would be beneficial to provide it in the plan submittal, but it is not necessary. However, the information does need to be coordinated throughout the plan submittal. |
