ACTIVITY: T14OT00396 SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed as-built plan review including substantial completion letters, field/special inspection/testing reports, unsigned access license agreement, and as-built plans, and does not recommend approval of the submittal package at this time until the remaining comments are addressed. This floodplain use permit has the following 5 comments: 1) Sequence number for blanket access easement for outlet shall be provided at as-built or PIA stage, as determined by TDOT. 2) An addendum to the drainage report will be provided by drainage engineer and minor clarification on plans will be provided by EOR, either prior to PIA approval, prior to construction permit issuance, or at as-built stage, as previously discussed with PDSD Engineering. 3) A final inspection with PDSD & TDOT staff is pending (scheduled for Tuesday August 11, 2015). 4) As-built documentation shall include as-built plans showing outlet easement recordation information. 5) As noted before, upon acceptance of as-builts by City of Tucson and with issuance of the LOMR by FEMA, subsequent permits within the revised area may be allowed to be issued based on the new LOMR data.
