The Electrical Plans have been denied for the following:
1. The 2005 NEC Sec 230-95 requires Ground Fault Protection of Service Equipment. This protection shall be provided for services 150 volts to ground or more, for each service disconnect rated 1000 amps or more. NEC 250-95 c, requires a written record of the test available to our department prior to energizing. Please provide this information on the one line diagram.
2. Please note also on one line diagram "Label Services
"SERVICE MCC-3 ONE OF TWO", and "SERVICE MCC-4 TWO OF TWO" .
3. Please clarify, under the disconnects for each Booster Pump, you show a 3-phase system feeding the pump however noted is a 2-phase actually feeding the pump?
