The subject project has been reviewed. The Final Plat is acceptable and it is hereby recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review.

The assurances shall be recommended for approval once the assurances are revised to include the following information:

1. Revise the description of Common Area "B" through out the Assurance document to match the Final Plat. This comment was made previously but it has not been addressed satisfactorily. The Final Plat describes Common Area "B" as (Recreation, Access Lanes, Parking and Utilities). The assurances describe Common Area "B" as: (Drainage, Recreation and Utilities).
2. Include the "Trust Agreement" in the Assurances Package.

Submit with the Final Plat Mylar an original assurance document that has been revised in accordance with the comments above.

The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

(2) Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days.
(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for the printing charges. They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable and you can include this information on your transmittal sheet when submitting the above listed items.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 5-6 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.

PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE MYLARS TO THE CITY OF TUCSON CDRC OFFICE, TEP MUST REVIEW AND PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION (E-MAIL IS SUFFICENT) THAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL HAVE BEEN MET ON THE FINAL PLAT MYLARS.
