Revise the description of Common Area "B" through out the Assurance document to match the Final Plat. This comment was made previously but it has not been addressed satisfactorily. The Final Plat describes Common Area "B" as (Recreation, Access Lanes, Parking and Utilities). The assurances describe Common Area "B" as: (Drainage, Recreation and Utilities). 2. Include the "Trust Agreement" in the Assurances Package. Submit with the Final Plat Mylar an original assurance document that has been revised in accordance with the comments above.
