Add, in Exhibit "B", the following as a separate assurable item "All applicable fees, e.g. permit fees, impact fees must be paid in full to the City of Tucson prior to the final release of subdivision assurances. 2. Revise the description of Common Area "B" through out the Assurance document to match the Final Plat. 3. Include the "Trust Agreement" in the Assurances Package. 4. Include the "Special Warranty Deed" in the Assurances Package. 5. Include in the Assurances Package and up to date Title report. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Revised Assurances |
