We offer the following comments: Drainage Report: 1. Submit a copy of the approved Civano Master Drainage Report. There is a master report that was prepared, reviewed and approved. 2. Provide the sidewalk scupper, design calculations in the Drainage Report. 3. Provide in the Drainage Report the proposed drainage structures maintenance checklist. The provided maintenance checklist is for the detention/retention basins only. Tentative Plat/Development Plan: 1. The State Lease R.O.W. abandonment shall be completed before the Tentative Plat can be approved. A copy of the Jim Rossi's document concerning the abandonment was not included in the submittal. 2. According to D.S. 7-01.4.0. proposed utility abandonments must be processed shortly after the approval of the Tentative Plat by the Community Design Review Committee in order to allow adequate time for any relocation work to be completed and to reflect the new conditions on the Final Plat. The abandonment of the "existing 50' sewer easement", called out within lot 1501, on Sheet 12 of 16, by a separate instrument must be processed promptly in order to depict this information on the Final Plat. 3. Revise the Tentative Plat according to the Drainage Report revisions. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the drainage report and on the Tentative Plat where the revisions were made.
