The applicable registration or license number shall be provided if prepared by or with the assistance of a registered professional, such as a surveyor, architect, landscape architect, or engineer. All sealing shall be consistent with Arizona Board of Technical Registration guidelines.

1. SVT: (My first request of the SVT was incorrect. My apologies. I did not realize that Escalante was an Arterial road) The appropriate SVT for Escalante Rd. is, the "near side" of the triangle needs to be 185 Feet and the far side needs to be, 125 Feet. Please correct this on the plan

2. New sidewalk is not needed along Escalante where there is an existing multi-use path. But new sidewalk is required along the frontage of the property along Kolb Rd. New sidewalk needs to be 6 Feet wide.

All other previous comments have been addressed. Please let me know after you resubmit documents and receive the standard "Plan Review Started" email from the permit specialist.

I will expedite this review.
