2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search
3. (Area of Disturbance is over one acre) Fugitive Dust Activity Permit from Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362

After all the requirements are met, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email. That email will include information regarding the approved stamped plans and required inspections.
