The reviewer appreciates the horoughness to the changes and the careful documentation of those changes indicated by clouding the drawings and the Revision 1 Delta. For documentation the reviewed tried to highlight most, if not all, of the changes. The yellow highlighted version is attached. Each was reviewed. I find that the changes shown as Delta 1 on the 12 page 6-23-22 Development Package were entirely consistent with the FORS Revision Report dated 3-34-22 and the Director’s Decision Letter dated May 20, 2022.
