Note it does state one entire side of the building. On your plans you shall show the side for the building and add a note that in these areas, awning, canopies and or solar shall never be installed. Fire Department Aerial Access lane shall also show fire lane signs.

Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed, and plans received, April 29th 2022 for 211 N 4TH AV and has no objections.

Costs for removing or relocating existing TEP facilities will be billable to the developer. A Preliminary electrical design is in process. The customer is responsible for compliance with City Ordinances. Please note jurisdictional permit for any work on a public road right of way where applicable.
Easements are required for TEP facilities if not appropriately recorded on the final subdivision plat. They will need to be obtained by separate instrument.
