07/23/2019 KMANNIN1 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL REVIEW Approved The Aspire 2 Development Package Submittal 3 page 2 of 20 appears to accuately reflect, at least in writing, the Design Review Committee’s conditions stated in the MGD Design Review Committee meeting on May 16, 2019. However, the Development Package does not present any orthographic or elevation images to verify compliance with the approved Design package. Therefore, it is recommended for approval subject to the condition that a subsequent review of the Construction Plan Building Elevations be conducted upon submittal of said construction plans for permit to further verify compliance.
