The Drainage Report and Development Package are recommended for a conditional approval, pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review, subject to the following: 1. Revise the Drainage Report and General Notes #18 and #19 to clarify that the areas, where lots 129-131, 153, 157, 158, 162, 163 and 168 are located, are impacted by the regulatory floodplain. Those areas will be removed from the floodplain area once a fill is installed and a LOMRF is approved. The fill will require a floodplain use permit. Once the fill is installed and the LOMRF is approved, the lots within the affected areas will not require separate floodplain use permits and elevation certificates.
