DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This development package was reviewed for full code compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for the entire site.

2. This comment was not addressed, provide the zoning for the parcels located north of Broadway Blvd. and west of Camino Seco. D.S. 2-01.3.9.F All existing zoning classifications on and adjacent to the project (including across any adjacent right-of-way) shall be indicated on the drawing with zoning boundaries clearly defined. That said provide the zoning for the parcels located north of Broadway Blvd. and west of Camino Seco.

3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Revise the Short-term and Long-term bicycle parking calculation to reflect what is shown on Sheet 3, SITE PLAN, it now appears that there are four (4) Short-term and four (4) Long-term provide.

4. This comment was not addressed. Also review LUC Section 3.3.9.2.B.4 and see LUC Section 3.3.9.5.B.D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Per LUC Section 3.3.9.2.B.6 show the two (2) feet by six (6) feet required for each bicycle. Also review LUC Section 3.3.9.2.B.4 and see LUC Section 3.3.9.5.B.
