The meeting must be generated with a new label set requested through the permitting portal. The Preliminary Development Plan should be reduced to a single-page site plan of the proposal with all related zoning information. Full construction drawings are not useful for this requirement. A Design Compatibility Report is required detailing how the proposal conforms to the General Plan and relevant Plan Areas, as well as contain detailed information about the proposal. The full Plan Set is also not useful for this requirement. The Design Review Board Package should include information relevant to the design of the building and site - facades, landscaping, building and parking area design features. It should *specifically* include information on every item in UDC 4.9.9.D - Large Retail Establishment Design Standards. |
