The development site occupies parcel numbers 132-13-104A and 132-13-104B, covers approximately 6.75 ± acres, and is zoned as Planned Area Development 15 Zone (PAD-15). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Park Avenue and East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet to the west of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and is not requiring a resubmittal of this project.
