Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. For the ADA parking on the North side of the “Future 2-story building #4”, It appears there are ramps missing to connect the access lanes to the actual sidewalk, as keynote #10 calls out 6-inch curb. After reviewing the grading plan it appears both the sidewalk and pavement are intended to be flush - revise the site plan line work and keynote call-out accordingly.
2. Provide trash enclosure details in compliance with TSM 8-01.5.0 It’s encouraged to use the figures presented in TSM 8-01.9.0 for minimum basis for details for the Dumpster layout shown.
3. Revise trash enclosure detail and grading sheet/plan (Sheet 9) sheets to show all the trash enclosures ramps slopes being 2% away from enclosure as well as the enclosure slabs sloping 1% to the gate. TSM 8-1.0.0

To whom this may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-0825-00212, 1st Submittal, a
development plan for new storage containers at 751 East Tucson Marketplace Blvd. This
development is located in the S.W of the quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 30, Township
14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel
numbers 132-13-104A and 132-13-104B, covers approximately 7.35 ± acres, and is zoned as
Planned Area Development 15 Zone (PAD-15). The nearest major roadway intersection is
South Park Avenue and East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet to the
west of the subject development.
This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and
public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and is not requiring a
resubmittal of this project.
