This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10).

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. (Comment) Recreational Vehicles (RVs) are not permitted to be used as dwellings in the MH-1 zone. RVs do not fall under the definition of Manufactured Housing or Mobile Homes. The site cannot be approved as the RVs are inhabited.

2. (Comment) Please provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example

3. (Comment) Per UDC 6.6.2.B, an accessory building may only be built on a lot occupied by a principal building or use. The proposed storage and shade structures are considered accessory structures and can not be approved without a principal building or use.

4. (Comment) More comments may be forthcoming based on the submittal of a completed residential plot plan.
