TOTAL NUMBER OF SHEETS: The title block indicates 80 sheets for this project, 11 sheets were submitted. Is there more sheets that should be submitted? If not, please correct the sheet numbering system. Please include a sheet index on the cover sheet. 2. SHEET 15 OF 80 PRE-FABRICATED DISINFECTING BUILDING, WELL PIPING AND EQUIPMENT #8: Please submit the Structural Calculation and detail drawings of this structure, sealed/signed/dated by a State of Arizona licensed Structural Engineer. 3. SHEET 25 OF 80: Please have Structural Engineer Alex Lane Firth submit his sealed/signed/dated structural engineer calculations of his Chlorination System Rack Shade Structure. 4. THE BUILDING PERMIT DESCRIPTON IS, “Modify the F-009 well site to deliver water from the F-009B well and F2 water service area (WSA) to the G2 WSA. This addition/alteration is for the new shade structure and well discharge header located at the F-009 well site.” Please add this project description on the cover sheet, making clear as to the scope of this project. 5.
