Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Each parcel requires its own address and permit. You will need to contact Pima County Addressing to get an address for parcel 11811015L. Please contact Pima County Addressing to resolve issue. Addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512. 2. Once the 2nd address is available you will need to file a 2nd permit for that address/parcel. 3. Electrical service cannot be located on a separate non-contiguous parcel. Each non-contiguous parcel will require separate electrical services, or an appeal to the building official will be required. 4. You will need to provide utility easement documents, registered with Pima County Registrants office, for all underground electrical lines that cross parcel lines. 5.
