ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Previous Comment: The plans indicate that the crane package will be provided as part of deferred submittal. Either provide the documents now or list on this sheet as a deferred submittal and include the following notes: PER IBC Section 107.3.4 <Name of Registrant>, the registered design professional in charge shall be responsible for reviewing and coordinating submittal documents prepared by others, including phased and deferred submittal items, for compatibility with the design of the building. PER IBC Section 107.3.4.1 Submittal documents for deferred submittal items shall be submitted to the registered design professional in responsible charge, who shall review them and forward them to the Building Official with a notation indicating that the deferred submittal documents have been reviewed and that they have been found to be in general conformance with the design of the building. New Comment: Please provide a detail for the addition of the sump pumps for the fire water drain lines in the revised plan-set. The model pump provided is 14” tall with the inlet approximately 12” off the ground. Please clarify. 2. New Comment: Keynote 14 indicates the use of an air admittance valve for the sump pump. Air admittance valves shall not be used to vent sumps unless the vent system is designed by an engineer. Provide a detail of the engineered design. [Ref. IPC 2018 Sec. 918.8] Sheet M9.1 1. New Comment: The Lift Station Schedule on this sheet and the marks for the schedule on sheet M2.1 are conflicting.
