<Name of Registrant>, the registered design professional in charge shall be responsible for reviewing and coordinating submittal documents prepared by others, including phased and deferred submittal items, for compatibility with the design of the building.

PER IBC Section 107.3.4.1
Submittal documents for deferred submittal items shall be submitted to the registered design professional in responsible charge, who shall review them and forward them to the Building Official with a notation indicating that the deferred submittal documents have been reviewed and that they have been found to be in general conformance with the design of the building.

2. Please provide City of Tucson special inspection certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed. Make sure that the owner or their legal representative signs the form.

1. There are multiple sheets within the calculation package that are designed to the incorrect building code. Sheets 6, 34, and sheet 15 of Appendix B indicate they are designed to the 2012 IBC. Please revise to the 2018 IBC.

1. Please add high-strength bolts to the required special inspections. [Ref. IBC 2018 Sec. 1705.2.1]

2. The concrete notes indicate the concrete strength is designed for 2,500 psi but the structural calculations indicate a concrete strength design of 3,000 psi. Please revise.

1. Please indicate the locations of the proposed fan coil units and their weight. The roof plan currently only shows ducting and piping. Please ensure the roof system is adequate to support the units.
