3. Sheet C-0: 2024 IBC Review -Please revise the allowable area to match IBC Table 506.2 For example if this is an S-2 use non-sprinklered type IIB construction, the allowable area would be 26000 SF
4. Sheet A-3: Cross Section “A”- Please provide architectural and structural construction drawings, details, and structural calculations for Keynote 29 – Air Handler on Interior Roof, as indicated on the mechanical plans, in accordance with 2024 IBC Sections 107.2.1 and 107.2.7.
Additionally, coordinate the architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings, as the mechanical plans depict the air handler suspended below the ceiling framing, which conflicts with Keynote 29.
5. Sheet A-5: Floor Plan – Please revise plan to show and callout a 67” turning space, as 2017 ICC A117.1 [304.3.1.1] New buildings and facilities. In new buildings and facilities, the turning space shall be a circular space with a 67-inch minimum diameter.
6. Sheet A-5: Interior Elevation “A” – Please revise drawing or otherwise indicate 603.3 Mirrors. Where mirrors are located above lavatories, a mirror shall be located over the lavatory complying with Section 606 and shall be mounted with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface 40 inches maximum above the floor.
7. Structural Foundation Drawing sheet 2 of 2 - Please revise the list of required special inspections to include 2024 IBC 1705.2.6 Metal Building Systems special inspection and it’ schedule of special inspections. IBC 107.2.1

1. Outdoor lumen Calculations are incomplete. Show all 6 W1 lighting fixtures in the calculations and show lighting fixture P1 in the calculations.
Clarify why the two existing fixtures are shown with a negative lumen value. Are they being removed from the site? If so, show a basic demo sheet of the removal.

Please revise TD-DEV-0723-00309 to show these new site improvements. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until TD-DEV-0723-00309 has been revised and approved by all reviewers.
