COMMENT: A new building and associated parking/site improvements are being proposed with this permit however the associated Development Package (TD-DEV-0723-00309) does not reflect these improvements. Please revise TD-DEV-0723-00309 to show these new site improvements. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until TD-DEV-0723-00309 has been revised and approved by all reviewers.

2. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to Zoning and other PDSD reviewer comments.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please resubmit revised drawings and any corrected plans along with a detailed response letter, stating how all Site Zoning Review comments were addressed.
