New 2 story office building (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: 7/9/2025

The site is located in PAD-3 (Gateway Centre PAD). Commercial Administrative and Professional Office and Storage are permitted uses per Gateway Centre PAD-3 document.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: When comparing the plans for issued Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0924-00272 and the plans submitted for TC-COM-0625-01161, there are some discrepancies in the square footage of the new training center building and the heights. In the issued DP, the square footage of the training center is listed as 14,602sf while the Commercial Building permit has the square footage listed as 14,809sf. Also, the proposed height on the approved DP is 40’ however the Commercial Building permit has the height listed as 41’. If these dimensions are correct, a revision to TD-DEV-0924-00272 will be required.
