Resubmit only one gas template to this permit and submit a new application for the other. In addition, an addressing validation will be placed on this permit due to addressing issues. The templates provided list Units 3A & 3D these units do not exist. Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to verify/add the units. After units have been added or verified you'll need to submit an address change request to update this records location along with a new aerial/site plan that shows the corrected addressing .
