Site Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0126-00003. While it appears the building plans match the DP, Site zoning cannot approve this permit until the DP is approved by all review agencies. 2. Comment: Previous comment 2 still applicable. As this site is located within the COT Rio Nuevo Area (RNA), RNA design review must also be completed and approved prior to zoning approval of this building permit.
