COMMENT: The previous Zoning comment was not addressed: As the proposed new customer service booth alters parking on an existing commercial site, a Development Package (DP) that meets the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Site is required to be submitted and approved. This DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and must be approved prior to approval of the building plans.
