I received your request as to the status. I understand you would like the status. I quickly did the review in order to respond to your request. Please see my comments below.
1. In your Cover Sheet/Front Page, please list the special inspections required for this project IBC 107.2.1 For example, Post installed anchors.
2. Please provide a special inspection certificate with Part A, and Part B completed with next submittal. This form is available in https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/city-services/planning-development-services/documents/special_inspection_certificate.pdf
Ensure that Part B is sealed/signed/dated by the special inspector in charge. Ensure to use Special Inspectors who are active in the approved list of special inspectors. They are available in the following links:

3. ELECTRICAL AND FIRE ROOM PLAN detail A/A6.0
a. The required hour fire rating for these walls, I did not find on these set of drawings.
b. Please provide the specific UL assembly information for these walls and paste them on this sheet (both the assembly image and the description).
c. DOORS
i. Electrical door 128 and Fire door 127 have the same description in the Door Schedule on Sheet A0.1. Please correct this.
ii. I did not find the panic hardware information for these doors. Please provide this.
iii. Please provide the required hour fire rating of these doors onto the drawing.
4. Please provide the SHGC solar heat gain coefficient and the U values being used by this project.
5. MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATION
a. I understand that there is no tenant yet for these spaces. Will the location of the emergency lights be adjusted once the means of egress route is established when a tenant is to move in?
b. For the specified emergency lights with battery back up, are they compliant as far the 90 minute time duration required as indicated below.
i. Means of egress illumination shall be per IBC 1008.2. In the event of power supply failure, means of egress illumination shall be per IBC 1008.3.
ii. IBC 1008.2 The means of egress serving a room or space shall be illuminated at all times that the room or space is occupied.
iii. IBC 1008.2.1 The means of egress illumination level shall be not less than 1 footcandle (11 lux) at the walking surface. Along exit access stairways, exit stairways and at their required landings, the illumination level shall not be less than 10 footcandles (108 lux) at the walking surface when the stairway is in use.
iv. IBC 1008.2.3 Exit discharge illumination shall be provided along the path of travel from each exit to the public way.
v. IBC 1008.2.4 The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premises’ electrical supply.
vi. IBC 1008.3 An emergency electrical system shall be provided to automatically illuminate.
vii. IBC 1008.3.1 The emergency power system shall provide power for a duration of not less than 90 minutes and shall consist of storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 2702.
viii. Locate/label the lighted exit sign & emergency light with back-up power as well as the fire extinguisher on your plan.

1. Coordinate the placement of the Electrical Service Entrance and the access/egress door location, with the architectural drawings to ensure that the minimum distance of the door from the SES is met.
NEC 110.26(C)(2)(b) Extra Working Space. Where the depth of the working space is twice that required by 110.26(A)(1), a single entrance shall be permitted. It shall be located such that the distance from the equipment to the nearest edge of the entrance is not less than the minimum clear distance specified in Table 110.26(A)(1) for equipment operating at that voltage and in that condition.

2. Roof drains are shown in the plumbing fixture schedule, but scuppers are shown on the roof plan. Please clarify. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
3. Please provide a secondary (overflow) roof drainage system. The secondary roof drainage system shall discharge independently from the primary system. Reference: Sections 1108.1, 1108.2, and 1108.3, IPC 2024.

1. The replacement, relocation and installation of new lighting fixtures requires compliance with the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code.
2. Provide an outdoor site lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan, both new and existing. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan.
3. List the Lighting Area per OLC (typically E3) chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1.
4. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation.
5. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4.
6. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
7. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type.
8. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.
