Please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Address Zoning Comment: Comments left on related permit TC-COM-1222-00337 state that a revision to the approved Development Package is necessary. This permit cannot be approved until the comments for permit TC-COM-1222-00337 are addressed, and/or the approved Development Package for the project is revised, resubmitted, and approved 2. SP 101 – Please correct the direction of deck depth tile marker. ISPSC 409.2.5 3. SP 101 – Please show all water line depth marker inlays for pool ISPSC 409.2.2 & 409.2.4 4. SP 102101 – Missing ADA location for pool lift. 5. SP 102 – Deck Depth markers mislabeled. 6. SP 601 & 602 – Indicate who is responsible for the ¾” gas line 7.
