Public road (S Fiandaca Bl) is bisecting the two parcels. b. The two parcels are owned by the same entity. c. However, per discussion with Zoning Section Manager Nicholas Ross, when there is a public road separating the two parcels, the parcels are viewed by zoning as non-contiguous parcel. d. The above requires two separate permits, one for each separate non-contiguous parcel. |
