This site is located in I-1 Zone (UDC Article 4.7.29). Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0214, and although the plans appear to be in compliance, until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set shall either be the stamped approved DP sheets, marked for reference only or removed from the building plan set. If you elect to mark the plans for reference only or remove the DP sheets from the plan ensure that the Utility plans are not marked for reference or removed.
