Dear Mr. Martell:

The purpose of this review is to compare the previously approved construction documents with any relevant changes that would impact the design review of the OPUS / 4th Avenue Mixed-Use Construction Documents revised on 02/16/2024.

The following are the “relevant” revised items as listed in the Gen Rev 2 - Bulletin Narratives_v2:

1) Sheet A3.09 – East Planter elevation update related to the recess locations clarification. Approved as shown.
2) Sheet A3.02 – South Elevation, material annotation clarifications. Approved as shown.
3) Sheet A3.09 – Guardrail elevation added (south wall). Approved as shown.

Based on the drawings provided, I see the changes as minor changes that does not impact the total massing or design of the approved project. I therefore approve all changes.
