NOTE: The trash room door is not properly rated. Rate the door in accordance with SECTION 713.13.4 as stated numerous times in previous reviews.

01/09/2023 Commercial Plumbing REQUIRES RESUBMIT The water calculations on sheet P0.03, CONS-3_Plan Set_v1.pdf, have been revised to call for two 3” water meters and a peak flow of 700 GPM. This new flow will require a 6” water meter. [Initial comment: The water calculations show that two 3” water meters are being manifolded to serve 592 GPM to the building. Tucson Water will not allow water meters to be manifolded to achieve additional capacity. Provide a 4” water meter which can serve 600 GPM.]
