This site is located in 1-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.30), Commercial Storage use is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.10.A & 4.9.13.O.

Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0122 and the following comments need to be addressed.

1. The square footage for building 2, 158,944, does not match what is shown on the DP, 158,908. The square footages shall match.

2. There does not appear to be any access provided for the new rollup doors shown on the north and south elevations of the building. Clarify what is proposed.
