E4.2 EOR shall provide service receptacle by each 240/208/120V panel (such as Panel LHPA is shown in Southwest corner) as per NEC 210.64. This shall be incorporated by the EOR into their IFC set. If the EOR does not believe this is acceptable, they should resubmit their proposed design.
The EOR should also provide 4-5 additional service receptacles around the interior perimeter of the building.

You shall provide the following notes on sheet A0.1:
Fire sprinkler underground plans shall be submitted to and a permit obtained from TFD
Fire sprinkler plans shall be submitted to and a permit obtained from TFD
Fire pump plans shall be submitted to and a permit obtained from TFD
Fire alarm plans shall be submitted to and a permit obtained from TFD
Building shall be tested for ERRC by PCWIN and the report provided to TFD prior to the TCO
Owner shall provide KNOX key boxes and KNOX Locking F.D.C. caps
Section 901.4.6 Pump and riser room size. Where provided, fire pump rooms and automatic sprinkler system riser rooms shall be designed with adequate space for all equipment necessary for the installation, as defined by the manufacturer, with sufficient working space around the stationary equipment. Clearances around equipment to elements of permanent construction, including other installed equipment and appliances, shall be sufficient to allow inspection, service, repair, or replacement without removing such elements of permanent construction or disabling the function of a required fire-resistance-rated assembly. Fire pump and automatic sprinkler system riser rooms shall be provided with doors and unobstructed passageways large enough to allow removal of the largest piece of equipment.
Section 901.4.6.3 Environment. Automatic sprinkler systems riser rooms and fire pump rooms shall be maintained at a temperature of not less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating units shall be permanently installed.

Section 901.4.6.4 Lighting. Permanently installed artificial illumination shall be provided in the automatic sprinkler system riser rooms and fire pump rooms.

Section 3206.7.5 Number of doors required. The required fire department access doors shall be distributed such that the lineal distance between adjacent fire department access doors does not exceed 125ft measured center to center.
Fire department connection shall face the street side IFC 2018, Chapter 9, Section 912.2.1

This site is located in 1-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.30), Commercial Storage use is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.10.A & 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0122 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP, the development package sheets provided in the building plans either need to be the approved stamped by PDSD CDRC, development pack sheets, marked for reference only or removed from the building plans. Zoning acknowledges that Safebuilt has stamped the DP sheets but this stamp does not approve the development package.
